Free BYOK · No card required

Research real buying signals.
Write outbound that gets replies.

Xevanti by MLDeep is an AI cold email agent for research-first outbound.

Xevanti reads the web for what's actually happening at each account: a Series C, a new VP of Engineering, a quiet pricing-page change. Then it drafts emails grounded in those signals, with citations you can click.

Free to use. Bring your own Anthropic or Gemini API key. No subscription. No card.

Agent step · Signal · Funding round · 9 days ago

Acme Corp closed a $42M Series C led by Sequoia.

Insight: fundraises this size usually mean the data infrastructure that got them here won't get them through 10× scale. New CTO hire (3 weeks ago) confirms re-platforming intent.

Draft · TIA framework

Hey Maya, saw the Series C. Congrats. Most teams I work with hit a re-platforming wall around the C: the warehouse that worked at $5M ARR melts at $30M. Worth a 15-min comparison of what your new CTO is probably already drafting?

Demo

Watch the full workflow from import to draft.

See Xevanti take a CSV, research real buying signals, and turn them into outbound email drafts in one pass.

Import a lead list and map columns automatically.

Research signals with citations attached to each claim.

Generate drafts, review them, and export the result.

The problem

Your prospects can spot a template in three seconds.

Merge-field personalization

"Hi {first_name}, I noticed {company} is doing great things…" gets deleted before it loads.

AI hallucinations

ChatGPT confidently invents funding rounds, hires, and product launches that never happened. Your sender reputation pays.

Manual research

Doing it by hand caps you at ~10 leads a day. Your pipeline doesn't move.

How it works

Three steps. Citations on every claim.

  1. 01 · Upload

    Drop in your CSV.

Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce export. Xevanti auto-detects 30+ column aliases. No manual mapping.

  2. 02 · Research

    Real signals, real citations.

Claude or Gemini reads the open web. Funding rounds, hires, tech changes, launches. Every signal links back to the source.

  3. 03 · Draft

    A/B/C variants, six frameworks.

Pick the signals that matter, pick the framework, get three drafts. Copy, paste, send from wherever you already send.

Why it's different

Research-first. Honest. Yours.

Signals before sentences

Most tools start with a template and merge a name. Xevanti starts with what's true about the account this week, then writes around it.

Six frameworks, not one prompt

PAS, BAB, QVC, AIDA, PPP, TIA. Each tuned to a different intent. The right structure for the moment, not "write me a cold email."

Free, BYOK

Zero platform fee on the BYOK plan. Bring your own Anthropic or Google API key and pay only the cents your tokens cost. Keys are wiped on logout.

Frameworks

Six structures, picked for the moment.

Cold email isn't one job. A C-suite intro reads differently from a champion nudge. Pick the framework, get three variants.

PAS

Problem → Agitate → Solution

Hook the pain, raise the stakes, offer relief. Best when the prospect already feels the pain.

BAB

Before → After → Bridge

Sell the transformation, not the product. Best for outcome-driven buyers.

QVC

Question → Value → CTA

Three or four sentences, max. Built for the C-suite inbox.

AIDA

Attention → Interest → Desire → Action

Data-led hook with social proof. Best for analytical buyers.

PPP

Praise → Picture → Push

Genuine compliment, vision of the future, soft nudge. Works when there's a real reason to praise.

TIA

Trigger → Insight → Ask

Reference a timely event, share a non-obvious read, ask for a low-stakes next step. The default for signal-led outbound.

Plain-English disclaimer

What Xevanti won't do.

It won't send for you.

No mailbox warmup, no sequencing, no tracking pixels. Send from Apollo, Gmail, or Outlook (wherever you already send).

It won't scrape LinkedIn.

Signals come from the open, public web. If a source can be cited, it's fair game. If it can't, we don't use it.

It won't replace your judgment.

You pick which signals matter and which framework fits. The AI surfaces and drafts; you decide.

Common questions

FAQ.

Is Xevanti an AI agent?
The research phase is genuinely agentic. Claude or Gemini plans queries, calls a web-search tool, reads the results, and synthesizes signals over multiple steps, with citations on every claim. The drafting phase is structured generation across six frameworks. You stay in the loop for the parts that matter: you pick which signals to use, which framework to apply, and which draft to send. Think of it as an AI agent for research, plus a writing co-pilot. It does not autonomously send mail or chase replies.
Is it really free?
Yes, on the BYOK plan. Xevanti charges nothing to use it. You bring your own Anthropic or Google API key and pay those vendors directly for the tokens your research and drafts consume (typically $0.02 to $0.10 per lead). Managed plans that absorb the API cost may launch later for teams that prefer a single bill.
Is BYOK safe? Where do my API keys live?
Keys are stored against your account in our database, encrypted at rest. They're wiped automatically on logout, and you can delete them anytime from Settings.
How much does it cost in API tokens?
A typical lead (research plus three drafts) runs roughly $0.02 to $0.10 depending on the research effort you pick. Anthropic and Google bill you directly.
Will the AI invent facts?
Every signal carries a citation. Click through and verify before you use it. The whole point of the product is grounded research, not free-form generation.
Does it work with Apollo / HubSpot / Salesforce exports?
Yes. Xevanti recognizes 30+ column aliases automatically. Drop the CSV in and it figures out which column is the email, the title, the company, and so on.
Who is this not for?
Mass spammers running 10K sends a day. Xevanti is built for relevance, not volume. If your strategy is "more emails," there are cheaper tools.
